This strategic initiative aims to revitalize Lebanon’s digital ecosystem, laying the foundation for a resilient, knowledge-driven economy and positioning Lebanon as a regional hub for digital innovation and sustainable growth. It underscores the importance of collaborative engagement and the strategic investment in local talent and resources as key drivers of long-term digital transformation.

As a first step, key stakeholders from all sectors—including government agencies, private enterprises, the technology community, academia, and specialized civil society organizations—will be invited to actively participate in and support this national endeavor.
